I have decided to sign up for J. Kaye's 2010 Support Your Local Library book challenge. I didn't do this one this year, but since money's been tight around here, I can' even afford to mail out books for PaperbackSwap!
I actually have a HUGE stack of books on my shelf that I'm trying to read before they're due back. I love my library because I can save books online, and I can also download audiobooks from the library's website! My girls and I go at least once a week, on Wednesdays usually, after our church youth group. They pick out one or two, and that's how Big Sis managed to read the entire Junie B. Jones series. I think she'll even participate in this challenge with me. I'll have her write mini-reviews for the books she checks out.
This is where I will post both my list and Big Sis' list for this challenge.

2010 Library Challenge
I read this with a group of kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I wish I could have been as clever as Nick. A great read for the 4th-6th grade crowd, but I'm an adult and I liked it!
Whispers was an awesome book. As someone who struggles with dating as a Christian, I could totally relate to Teri. I'm glad she made the right choice, I hope I could be so lucky as to realize I have the right guy when God reveals him to me!

I adore this challenge, and it is easy for me because I get most of my books from the library. I look forward to reading your reviews and seeing your progress in your challenges
ReplyDeleteI am really looking forward to this one. I've been negligent in 2009, but will make up for it in 2010. Thrilled you are joining this fun journey.
